We simply take your submitted order and send it to the restaurant, so you don’t have to deal with all the hassles and we make sure that you received you order on time.

How do I place an order on Jordanmenu.com?

Simply follow those instructions

1. You must first be a registered member of jordanmenu.com click here to register.
2. Select the area from where you live and click on Go.
3. Choose your favorite restaurant from the list by clicking on the name or logo.
4. Check the box next to your choice of item to add the number you wish to have next to the box.
5. Scroll all the way to the bottom to check all the menu.
6. Check your Food basket on your right hand.
7. press the order now button
8. choose the address for which you want to get the delivery
9. Then press the order now button again

Your order will be routed to the restaurant immediately. Note that if you are using our service for the first time we will call your mobile number for confirmation purposes.

Where does Jordanmenu.com deliver?

Currently we provide deliver services only in Jordan  but soon we will be covering all the region and Gulf states.

Do I need a credit card to pay for my order?    

No, our member restaurants will only accepts COD (cash on delivery)

How much will it cost me to use Jordanmenu.com services?

It depends on the restaurant policy; Most of the restaurants will not charge any extra fees however we may charge you 200 fills in some cases for using our services.

If I made an order, how long does it take to get the food?

It depends on the type of restaurant, and it also depends on how far is your home from the restaurant. Normally delivery under normal circumstances takes 45 minutes however it may take up to 1 hour to make the delivery depending on road traffic and congestions.

I just made an order, but I’m not sure if you got it. What do I do?

Check your email for a confirmation email from the restaurant, if you find it in your inbox that means that the order has been submitted successfully

I forgot to add an item to my order, what do I do?

Contact live help if you need to add, remove or cancel your order

Can I have multiple addresses into my account?

Yes. You can add as many addresses as you need to a single account.
